The 12 RCACS Training Department is comprised of over 20 officer, civilian and cadet staff.  Our mandate is to provide quality training to all cadets in the Unit and to ensure the highest success rate possible.  Our Staff is comprised of the following adult staff;

Training Officer; Lt. Marchand - Now in her 11th year in the program, Lt Marchand is a full time secondary teacher.  Now in her third year at the unit, Lt. Marchand oversees all training in the unit.  If there are any questions about training she can be e-mailed at [email protected]. 

Level 1; CI Fitzgibbon - 

Level 2/Ground School; CI Marleau - 

Level 3/Band Officer/Duke of Ed Leader; CI Borynec - Now in her second year of working with the squadron, CI Borynec brings lots of outside experience from her past work with units in Saskatchewan and Ontario.  She has over 8 years as an instructor with cadets and works as a full-time health care aide.  She can be reached at [email protected]
